Is a multi-instrumentalist specialised in percussion and African string instruments. Always searching for new learnings he travelled the world , specially Morocco to get in touch with the medicine of the colors in the Gnawa tradition with the reknown Mahamoud Gania and his family. Dídac has also participated as a member of the german band Embryo, pioneers of experimental ethnic music. He travelled many times to west Africa: Senegal, Mali, Guine Bissau to study with different masters of African music. All this knowledge results in Didac’s signature world music productions.

Besides, he is a composer, producer, arranger, session musician and music teacher. Héctor koa records for several international artists and supports them on their tours. He has collaborated with several renowned artists, like Deva Premal & Miten, Krishna Das or Jai Uttalk.
